Shona Glentworth

Shona Glentworth has management and project experience from a career that includes over 20 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management, Training, Human Resources, Strategic Development, Communication and General Management. She has attended executive development programmes within NZ and internationally, including a Programme for Global Leadership from Harvard Business School, is a graduate of Massey University’s executive MBA programme and has attended the Institute of Directors 5 day residential programme.

Shona has a passion for people and their development, a passion that has resulted in the formation of her own consulting and training company, Implement Limited, offering consulting and training services to a wide range of businesses.

She was a participant in the Fonterra Governance Development Programme and is a Fonterra Shareholder Councillor.

Involvement in the community includes being a board member for the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce, currently serving her fifth term, a trustee for the Cinema 2 Trust on behalf of the South Taranaki District Council.
